The following constitutes the policies and procedures of Rael, (“us", “we" or “our") the collection, disclosure and use of your personal information on www.getrael.com, (the “Site") as well as the content and use of applications and services we offer (collectively with the site, or "Services").

USE AND COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Rael collects customer information to improve our customers' shopping experience, to communicate with our customers about products, services, and promotions, and to enhance the performance and accuracy of our operations and website. We collect information such as name, e-mail and postal address, and the credit card number that you provide to GetRael.com when you place an order, save your information, or when participating in sweepstakes or promotional offers. Rael may use your information collected online to process and fulfill your order. Please be advised that we gather information from various sources, including: (i) your use of the Services generally; (ii) if you register for the Site and the Services, through your user account on the Services (your “Account"); and (iii) from other websites. When you use our Services, you are consenting to the collection, transfer, storage, and disclosure as described in the Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy covers the treatment of personal information (“Personal Information") obtained when you are using or accessing the Services. This Privacy Policy also covers treatment of any Personal Information that our business partners share with us or vice versa. Under the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we will never knowingly solicit or accept Personal Information from users known to be under thirteen years of age. If you are under the age of thirteen, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any personal information about yourself. In addition, we maintain a record of your product interests and purchases to enhance and personalize your shopping experience. To serve you better and improve our performance, we may combine information you give us online and in store. We may also share your information with affiliates or third party service providers that provide support services that help market our products and services. Personal information may also be disclosed when given permission, or when we believe it is required by law. In the unlikely event of a sale of some or all of our business, Rael may disclose your personal information to a purchaser that agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this privacy policy. You can always review, update and remove your personal information by logging into the website and accessing your account. Please email info@getrael.com if you would like assistance editing your personal information. When updating your personal information, we may keep a copy of the prior version for our records. Rael may store some information on your computer in the form of a "cookie" or similar file. These files allow us to control our website to reflect your listed or historical preferences. Most web browsers allow web users to exercise control over such files on their computers by erasing, blocking, or notifying the user when such a file is stored. Please refer to your browser's instructions to learn about these functions. Please note that if you disable or delete these files you may no longer have access to specific features and services that make your online experience efficient. These and other technologies also allow the delivery of advertising that directly relates to offers that may be of interest to you. Rael may also use other methods of automatic data collection to determine visitor details to our website, including Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, the webpage previously visited before visiting our Site, pages of our Site that you visit, the time spent on these pages, search information, access times and dates, and other statistics. We use the information obtained using these tools to provide quality customer service, enhance product offerings, and detect potential misuse or fraud. Advertisements served through the Services may be targeted to users who fit a certain general category and may be based on anonymized information inferred from information provided to us by a user, including Personal Information (e.g., gender or age), the Services usage patterns of particular users, or on your activity on Third Party Services. We may elect to deliver a file from an ad network (known as a "web beacon"). Web beacons enable ad networks to serve targeted advertisements when visiting other websites. These companies can set cookies, just as if you had requested a web page from their site.

SECURITY

Rael works to protect the security of your information during order transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts order information you transmit. While we implement these and other security measures on our site, please note that complete security is not guaranteed. The customer is also expected to take preventative measures to protect personal information. Passwords permit access to your personal information, please do not disclose your password. If you are a registered user, you can access information associated with your Account by logging into the Services. Registered and unregistered users can access and delete cookies through their web browser settings. California Privacy Rights: Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to ask for a notice identifying the categories of personal customer information which we share with our affiliates/third parties for marketing purposes, and providing contact information for such members. Any information you submit that is not publicly posted through the Services will not be shared with other users. For example, your Subscription information will not be shared. Your financial information is only collected and stored in our system. The collection and storage of credit card information include only the expiration dates and last four digits of your credit card number. However, we may request and receive other related financial information for the purposes of completing transactions you have initiated through the Services, enrolling you in discount, or rebate related programs in which you elect to participate, protecting against or identifying possible fraudulent transactions, and otherwise needed to manage our business. Your Account information will be protected by a password for your privacy and security. In order to prevent unauthorized access to your Account and Personal Information, please select your password appropriately and limit computer and browser access by signing off after you logging out of your Account. We seek to protect Account information to ensure it is kept private; however, we cannot guarantee the security of any Account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time. We otherwise store all of our information, including IP address information, using industry-standard techniques. We cannot guarantee that such methods will prevent unauthorized access to personal information that is stored on Raelbox.com. If products are purchased through the Services, your financial information, such as payment method, credit card number, expiration date or other financial information is collected and stored by a third party payment processing company (the “Payment Processor.") The use and storage of this information is governed by the Payment Processor’s applicable terms of service and privacy policy. We currently use Stripe as our Payment Processor (www.stripe.com). To facilitate your order transactions, we collect and store credit card expiration dates and the last four digits of your credit card number. No other financial information will be obtained. You can use some of the features of the Services without registering, thereby limiting the type of information that we collect. You can always opt not to disclose certain information to us, although it may be necessary to use some of our features. You may delete your Account at anytime. Please note that we will need to verify that you have the authority to delete the Account, and activity generated prior to deletion will remain stored by us. Information submitted publicly may still be accessible. Email Communications with Us: As part of the Services, you may occasionally receive email and other communications from us, such as communications relating to your Account. Communications relating to your Account will only be sent for purposes important to the Services, such as password recovery. You may unsubscribe from promotional messages.

The compilation (collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all content and software suppliers on the Site is the exclusive property of Rael Inc. and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All software used on the Site is the property of Rael and software suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy portions of the Site for the sole purpose of placing an order with us, using the Interactive Services or using the Site as a shopping resource. Any other use of materials on the Site - including reproduction for purposes other than those permitted above, modification, distribution, republishing, transmission, or display  - without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

TRADEMARKS

www.getrael.com and all page headers, custom graphics and button icons are service marks, trademarks/trade dress of GetRael and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not offered by us in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits RaelBox.

We are not expanding our international distribution beyond existing territories (below) at this time. UNAUTHORIZED DEALER LIST AND WARNING

Rael products are sold in the United States through a network of authorized dealers selected by Rael Inc. Some of these dealers may have Internet sites on which they are authorized by Rael Inc. to sell a selection of products. Rael dealers have been chosen for their ability to accurately represent, sell and, in most cases, service Rael products. Rael provides a warranty on products sold only by authorized dealers. Unfortunately, Rael products are sometimes sold by companies that are not authorized to do so. Goods sold by these unauthorized companies are not purchased from Rael; instead, they are acquired from a host of other sources. Due to the nature of the goods sold by unauthorized dealers and their business practices, products sold by unauthorized dealers are not entitled to Rael CS coverage. We use our best efforts (including this warning) to prohibit these companies from taking advantage of consumers, but these practices still exist. We urge you to use diligence when selecting a dealer to make your purchase. Rael products sold by unauthorized dealers sometimes are purchased on a secondary "gray" market or 'Pararell Import' and can be unauthenticated pirated goods, damaged, defective or so-called "B" stock goods, or stolen goods.

BEWARE OF COUNTERFEIT RAEL PRODUCTS.

Rael products are sometimes being duplicated and sold at drastically reduced or increased prices and diminished quality by unauthorized sellers. These products do not meet Rael standards and are not covered under Rael warranty. If you would like to report a suspected counterfeit Rael product or have questions concerning this issue, please contact the Legal team at law@getrael.com. We appreciate your help in maintaining the integrity of the Rael brand.

 

GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, AND VENUE. 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to or application of choice of law rules or principles. You agree that: the Service shall be deemed to be solely based in the State of California; the RaelBox website shall be deemed a passive website that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over RaelBox, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than the State of California; and ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. The prevailing party in any litigation will be entitled, in addition to any other relief granted to it, to recover reasonable attorney’s fees, expenses, and costs incurred in connection with the litigation.

 

CHANGES TO OUR TERMS & POLICY  

On occasion, we may revise our privacy policy. We reserve the right to change our privacy policy at any time and to notify existing customers by publishing an updated version of the system on the Rael website.
