REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, Rael will individually evaluate all return requests. You must reach out within 30 days of purchase to request a return, and items must be unopened, unused, and still in their original packaging.
If a return is processed, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit (original shipping fee not included). The cost for the return label will be deducted from your store credit amount.
Exchanges
You may exchange your Rael purchase within 30 days of purchase for an item of equal or lesser value, or a refund in the form of store credit (original shipping fee not included). To be eligible, for an exchange or to receive store credit, you must reach out within 30 days of your purchase.
Refunds
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please reach out to our team directly at support@getrael.com and we’ll work to make it right.
Refunds are issued in the form of store credit.
Replacement Orders + Route
Only customers who opt-in to Route+ Green Package Protection will be eligible to receive a replacement in the case of an order issue according to Route’s current Package Protection Policies.
Route+ Green Package Protection is a low cost, optional add-on for any Rael orders, with 100% coverage for customers who want that extra level of assurance and protection from lost, damaged or stolen packages.
When you purchase Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Route will either reorder your product for you or will refund the actual cost you paid for your item(s), excluding taxes and shipping. You can deselect Route+ at checkout if you do not wish to add package protection.
