Helps Relieve Discomfort
This heating patch looks exactly like the patches you'd find for your hands or feet but it contains herbs. Not really sure if the herbs make any sort of difference but the heat does help relieve some of the pain associated with cramps. The cramps didn't completely go away for me but the patch helped manage it. The patch really does get pretty warm and it did last for at least 6 hours. It stuck on well too but I had to stick it on my cami/tank top under another piece of clothing since it wouldn't have worked on my low-waisted undies. Overall, a good product but I think any heating patch with a sticky side would have worked. I've found similar products at other stores that cost less..

Great Option For Cramps!!
I suffer horrible period cramps every month. I have tried many remedies, but they simply stop working for me after a while or some are just too much of a hassle. So, when I noticed the Natural Herbal Heating Patch, I was very much curious to try them out, especially because of the natural ingredients. After using them this month, I will say they are very practical and sooooo soothing!! I used the patch and it was so relieving!! It lasted a bit over 6 hours. I was happy that I didn't have to take any pain reliever (acetaminophen or ibuprofen) for my cramps as I usually do. I hardly had any discomfort on my tummy, very little bloating, and there was no "bulge" in my abdominal area like I would have when I used other types of heating pads. I was comfortable at work knowing the patch was not visible. The only thing I noticed is that it does take a while for the pad to begin heating up, but apart from that I HIGHLY recommend this product to women that suffer horrible cramps and discomfort during their period.

It feels nice
I tried the heating patch twice so far and I am surprised how long the heat can last (at least 8hrs). I don’t have cramps but I have symptoms like back ache and uncomfortable “cold” feeling below my stomach. The aching reduces after heat therapy and it slowly make my uncomfortable feelinf fade away.

Wowzers!
This was a superb product, I usually try to tolerate the pain because I hate taking medications but this took things to a whole new level. It lasted at least 6 hours and there was no more cramps. I was surprised by how warm it is. The backing is strong and holds the patch in place really well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Nice and comforting
This was better than carrying around a heating bag. Plus you can easily hide it (a shirt over of course) .
