We know, we know, Valentine’s Day is on February 14. But before you commemorate your loved one with red roses and fancy chocolate, consider celebrating yourself and the women in your life first. 1. Meditate.

And put your phone down while you’re at it. 2. Treat yo’ self.

3. Take a spa day.
