SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60 USD, including subscriptions and one-time purchase orders (this excludes taxes, promo codes, and reward codes). Orders under $60 will be charged a ground shipping fee of $7.99, orders going to East Coast states are charged a shipping fee of $9.99, orders of 3lb and up are charged a shipping fee of $9.99, and orders going to Pacific Islands are charged a shipping fee of $15. We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders are fulfilled and shipped out the next business day, between Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

On average, orders with standard shipping take approximately 4-5 business days from the time it ships to arrive at its final destination. During the busy holiday season, carriers may require 4-8 business days for delivery. 

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. For faster delivery options, please visit our Amazon Store for 2-day prime shipping.

We ship only within the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time. However, Rael products are available on Amazon.com in Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Japan. Rael is also coming soon to Amazon.com in Mexico, Australia, China and India.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll do our best to assist you. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit.
