What is the Synced Up Club?

The Synced Up Club is our customer loyalty program. It’s free to join, and we’ll reward you with points every time you shop with us!

How do I earn points?

There are so many ways for you to earn points, including shopping our products and engaging with us! Just check the Ways to Earn Points section above. You can also earn $10 in points for every friend you refer.

What if I already have an account?

If you already have an account with us, great news! You’ve been automatically enrolled and can log in and see how many points you have right away.

If you don’t have an account, no worries! It’s easy to sign up, and you can start earning points today. Just make sure you create an account with the email you usually purchase your Rael favorites with.

How do I check how many points I have?

You can check your Synced Up Club points balance at any time—just make sure you’re logged in to your account. Then visit this page and you’ll see your points balance.

How do I redeem my points?

There are so many ways to redeem your Synced Up Club points, including for $ off discounts or free products! Just check the Redeem Points section above. After choosing your reward, simply copy and paste the discount code at checkout to redeem it.

Can I redeem multiple rewards on a single order?

Unfortunately, discount codes are not able to be stacked at checkout. That being said, you can redeem one $ off discount and one free product per purchase. You can only redeem one free product per purchase and at least one paid product must be in cart to redeem the free product reward.

During certain sitewide sales and promotions, Synced Up Club rewards are excluded and cannot be redeemed.

Can I use my points on an upcoming subscription order?

Yes! Certain $ off discounts are able to be redeemed on subscription orders, unless the reward specifically states “not eligible on active subscriptions”. For more info on how to add a discount to your subscription order, check out the FAQs on our Subscribe & Save page.

I just placed an order/signed up/engaged on social media, but I don’t see the points added to my account.

Sometimes it takes our system a few minutes to process and apply the points to your account. However, if you don’t see the points in your account within 24 hours, please be sure to email us at support@getrael.com with your order number.

What happens if my order is returned or canceled?

We want you to love your Rael purchase, but if for whatever reason you don’t and decide to return your purchase, any points earned from that order will be deducted from your Synced Up Club points balance. If you redeemed a reward on a purchase and decide to cancel or return your order, the points used to redeem that reward will be refunded to your Synced Up Club points balance.

Do my points expire?

Yes, your Synced Up Club points will expire after 1 year of inactivity, but we’ll send you a reminder email so you don’t forget to use them!
