This is an all in one smoothie you must give a try to reduce all sorts of feelings from bloating to discomfort.

Ingredients

  1. 3 oz. nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  2. 1/2 frozen banana
  3. 1/4 avocado
  4. 1/2 cup spinach
  5. 1/2 cup chocolate soy milk
  6. 1/2 cup water

For garnish:

  1. 3 dark chocolate chips, banana slices

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass.
  3. Chop some almonds and chocolate chips, sprinkle on top, and enjoy.
